Installation of new subfloor panels in eligible rooms and repair areas when framing conditions are suitable.

Damaged subfloor replacement

Removal and replacement of water-damaged, deteriorated or unsuitable subfloor sections within our non-structural scope.

Floor self-leveling

Use of compatible self-leveling or patching products to improve approved substrates before finished flooring.

Wet-area waterproofing preparation

Installation of suitable membranes or waterproofing systems behind approved bathroom and tile finishes.

Vinyl plank and laminate

Floating-floor installation, damaged section replacement and finish-detail coordination.

Tile installation and repair

Floor tile, wall tile, damaged tile replacement and grout/finish work where appropriate.

Backsplashes

Kitchen and bathroom backsplash layout, installation, grout and finish caulking.

Transitions and trim

Thresholds, transition strips, baseboards, shoe molding and related finish details.

Service scope noticeH&F does not provide landscaping or lawn-care services. We do not perform structural alterations, permit-required work, or advanced electrical or plumbing work that requires permits or a licensed specialty contractor. Eligible minor electrical and plumbing fixture work is limited to existing, suitable connections. Partner specialty trades may be coordinated separately when appropriate.

WHY H&F

We look at the substrate—not only the finish material.

Uneven or water-damaged surfaces can shorten the life of a finished floor. H&F evaluates visible substrate conditions and explains when self-leveling, localized replacement or wet-area preparation should be included before the finish installation.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What clients ask before booking.

Send project photos and the property location for the most accurate scope guidance.

Does waterproofing mean foundation or basement waterproofing?

No. Our waterproofing service refers to approved flooring and tile-system preparation, such as wet-area membranes. We do not perform structural or foundation waterproofing.

Can you repair a soft subfloor?

Often, yes, after assessment. If the damage involves structural framing or a permit-required alteration, that portion is outside our service scope.

Do you install toilets after bathroom flooring?

Yes. Toilet installation and replacement are included in our light-plumbing scope when the existing connections are suitable and no permit is required.

Can you level every uneven floor?

Not always. Self-leveling products have substrate and depth limits. Structural movement or major elevation problems require further evaluation by the appropriate specialist.
