WHAT WE HANDLE

One dependable team for the turnover punch list.

Instead of coordinating a different vendor for every minor repair, H&F can group qualified handyman tasks into an organized scope. We review priorities, identify materials and keep your team informed from the first walkthrough through completion.

Move-out repair punch lists

Door adjustments, wall damage, loose hardware, caulking, trim repairs and the small issues left after a tenant moves out.

Drywall, paint and finish work

Patches, damaged corners, touch-ups, room repainting, trim painting and paint-ready finishing.

Fixture and hardware updates

Light fixtures, outlets and switches within our minor-work scope, faucets, toilets, handles, locks and bathroom accessories.

Flooring and subfloor repairs

Damaged flooring sections, transitions, baseboards, subfloor replacement, self-leveling and wet-area preparation.

Doors, windows and glass

Door alignment, locks, thresholds, weatherstripping, screen repairs and replacement of broken glass panels where appropriate.

Kitchen and bathroom refreshes

Backsplashes, cabinet hardware, faucets, toilets, shower repairs, tile repairs and practical finish upgrades.

Tenant-ready installations

Blinds, mirrors, shelving, closet systems, smoke/CO device mounting and other approved installations.

Photo documentation

Before-and-after photos and organized completion notes for owners and property-management records.

Service scope noticeH&F does not provide landscaping or lawn-care services. We do not perform structural alterations, permit-required work, or advanced electrical or plumbing work that requires permits or a licensed specialty contractor. Eligible minor electrical and plumbing fixture work is limited to existing, suitable connections. Partner specialty trades may be coordinated separately when appropriate.
